1、urable Steel Construction:The main frame is welded from high-strength structural steel, offering exceptional durability andstability. The surface is treated with hot-dip galvanization for superior corrosion resistance, extending the machine’s lifespan inoutdoor environments. An additional layer of electrostatic powder coating provides a long-lasting finish that is scratch-resistantand UV-protected.

2、Multi-Tire Compaction System:Equipped with 14 automotive tires at the base, the roller moves smoothly and ensures a large contact area with the ground. This design enables uniform and efficient compaction of equestrian arena surfaces,improving sand density and surface flatness to enhance safety and riding comfort.

3、Adjustable Weight System:The top section features two heavy-duty steel weight boxes designed to be filled with sand.Each box can hold approximately 400–500 kg, allowing the total loaded weight of the roller to exceed 1,200 kg. Users can adjustthe amount of sand to meet the specific compaction needs of different arena conditions.

4、Universal Towing Hitch:The front of the roller is fitted with a Ball Coupler hitch, compatible with standard U.S. trailer ballmounts. This allows for easy connection to small tractors, pickup trucks, and 4x4 utility vehicles, making transport and operation convenient and secure.

5、Low Maintenance Design:The structure is simple and rugged, with minimal maintenance required. Tires are easy to replace, making it ideal for frequent use in arena maintenance and grooming applications.
