The standard composite panel horse stall features a robust steel frame structure equivalent to permanent stalls, constructed with 2" × 2" (approx. 50 × 50 mm) galvanized Q235 steel tubing, integrated with VSVN’s custom U-channel reinforcements to enhance rigidity. It is equipped with universal connectors compatible with VSVN tent systems for fast and secure installation.

The upper section uses 1.1" (28 mm) thick PVC composite panels with an internal ribbed hollow-core structure—lightweight, strong, non-toxic, eco-friendly, and durable.

The lower section consists of 0.47" (12 mm) multilayer plywood or optional 12 mm HDPE panels, both offering excellent waterproofing and chew resistance to ensure horse safety.

This modular design combines mobility and structural durability, delivering safety and stability comparable to permanent buildings—an ideal solution for equestrian competitions and flexible facility installations.
